Belongings lost in office

I do not not why my items will lost from my desk in the office. Every staff has its own cubicle seating and i got mine too. Few months ago, i lost a bar of chocolate and yesterday i found that i lost my newly bought junk food. Besides that, i also lost my big bottle johnson baby body lotion. I suspect the cleaner stole my stuff.
How to avoid things missing from my work place? How to catch the thief? Please help me!!!

Hi, I never lost my goods in the office. Even, I was very surprised that the office's cleaner has returned my gold earring which fall from my bag (I did not wear it at that time and put in my bag). She is very honest. For your case, I suggest that you put all your stuff in your drawer and then lock it. Have a nice day.
