paypal account got limited?

I didn't know that.My account is also not verified but still i can send or withdraw money from there.

Go to Resolution center. Check out how to resolve your problem. If you need to verify your account you have to. Just link your credit card. If you don't have any credit card you can use vcc (virtual credit card). It's very easy.

yea seems like youve reached your limit. its better that before you provide them with your credit card, you send a email to paypal asking them why your acccount has been freezed. if their reply is alright, then go ahead and get verified.
