over did it on biceps

Today i worked on my biceps and I strained it a bit too much on my left arm. Because of that I am not able to move my little finger on my left arm.Is this temporary??..Will it be alright by tomorrow???

its good to push yourself to the limit...a muscle sprain is no problem,cant say within tommorow but it will heal within a few days.unless it is a ligament tear,obviously that would involve much pain. if it is a joint pain make sure you consult a doctor. i had problems with left shoulder while bench pressing heavy,and elbow problems for bicep curls but it has reduced over time.no medication taken. if you are still sceptical about your injury ther's no harm in consulting a doc.

I don't have any pain in the joints...Only my left little have become a little restricted in movement... Otherwise I have no pain at all..

ashwinawake, you are the man. If your muscles hurt, it means you pushed like a real beast! HAHA, seriously it's good, if your muscles hurt it's because you ripped some muscle fibers and some liquid is out to and this is what hurst you, if you eat enough proteins, it will help your recovery and you will have much better gains!! So if it hurst that bad, it means you will have great ersults if you always puch yourself to this limit!!! But don't worry, you will be fine in a couple of days!!!
