Panic Attacks

When I get under a lot of stress at work, I get panic attacks. I don't get the type where I can't breathe. Instead, I feel like I am shaking inside and that I could burst out crying at any point. I feel very tense. I am on medication to help prevent these; however, I still get them from time to time. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this and how to make it go away?

Try to remember once something is done that is it can't change it just go from there. I know it is hard but try it. Also remember that no matter what you can't control everything. Have you tried the natural approach. I know there are lots of herbs like valerian root, chamomile, passion flower, hops flower, and b vitamins are great for panic and anxiety attacks. They help relax your nerves and nervous system. Also watch what you eat. Refined sugars and foods with them in it can contribute to it. You might want to watch your diet as well. I know they can be scary my sister used to get them but hasn't for a long time now.

Maybe this is one of the signs that you are suffering from anxiety disorders. But don't worry too much because the symptoms you are having can be cured. So far as I know, there are two types of treatments available for anxiety, and they are by medications and therapy. A cognitive behavioral technique can probably help. If you are from America I think you can get it for free. As for me, I am in Malaysia and I get this free by attending an eight month treatment held by a non profit organization. I hope you will be able to overcome your problem. Good luck.

I suggest two things for this problem. The first suggestion is that you immediately read books by Dr Claire Weekes on anxiety, panic attacks like SELF HELP FOR YOUR NERVES, MORE SELF HELP FOR YOUR NERVES,RELIEF FROM NERVOUS TENSION.You will start getting relief immediately, I assure you. Second suggestion is that you do Jacobson's progressive relaxation routine. You can get more information on this technique on the internet or buy a book on this. The remaining option of course is that you visit a physician first and get his advice. My opinion is that you'd get much relief from the first two methods.

Don't be afraid, just relax, you should think that our life are so short, why don't enjoy your life instead of make youself collapse, just think the earthquke rencently, the life is so fragile, the mony or the work just beside your life, you don't need to have stress for them!you can also try to emerge into the nature, travelling is a good way to relax!the medication is not a good way,you must learn to comfort yourself, make your heart inside stronger!
