I design banners for various programs. I use banner Pro 6 for this. Very often I have made some animated banners, which are on all of my websites. I noticed about one week ago, that none of them are loading properly. Every site I have, it's the same. The banner outline is there, but the words and animation won't load. I can't figure this out? I asked a friend to check my banners and he said they showed up fine for him. So it must be my computer. I have done a virus scan. Nothing. I got rid of cookies and I did a defrag. Still the same. All banners that are not automated show up fine. So what is going on here? I know there are some computer experts out there who may be able to advise me.

the problem lies with your internet settings and/or browser, and not with your pc. if you are using firefox, then enable viewing of images. if you a reusing firefox, then i recommend that you set everything to their default values again. sometimes, bad internet connection is a problem too. if packets are frequently dropped during the transfer of data then you have to face such type of problems.

Yes, I eventually figured you are correct. Im going to have a good look at my internet settings and if I cant fix it that way, I will have to download firefox again. Thanks very much.

Your profile page looks fine to me! Maybe it is your computer. I am far from a computer expert, but it sounds like you did all the right things. I don't know of anyother tests you could run.

Are those banners in flash format? Update you flash in your browser/s, maybe that will do the trick. Try also other web browsers like chrome or safari, see if it works there. Good luck.

The browser I use now, is IE and it has always wprked until recently. So I wonder why it wouldnt work for animated banners now. I will install firefox and see if that works.
