Yes, I do drink warm water, infact I usually drink this almost every day , in office while working and at home. The reason why I prefer warm than cold water is that, I can't stand in cold places like in office especially if the aircon is getting so cold; if i drink cold drinks the more i will feel cold. Another reason, is i have hyper acidity, if i will drink cold drinks like cold water i felt like vomitting, that's why I prefer warm water instead of cold one.

I drink water as soon as I wake up but I don't drink warm water if i can help it, not even room temperature. If water to drink isn't cold, I feel like it doesn't quench my thirst and even keeps me even more thirsty. There were times though that I've had to settle for warm/room temperature water, I just drink enough so I don't get dehydrated but I didn't enjoy it.

I don't do it, but I have a coworker that do it every day, not only before breakfast, he does it all the time, he told me that his sister, who is a doctor, recommend it to him, because it was good for upset stomach, I myself have been thinking in doing it, because I have been struggling with IBS for around one year. You can ask your doctor if there are some benefits of drinking warm water.

When you're sick or have a cold, here's a great recipe to help:
1 glass warm water
1 lime's juice
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons honey
It works great on: sore throats, upset stomachs, coughs and also tastes great!
Sugar and lime juice are natural antiseptics and honey coats the throat and stomach to have a soothing effect. It works - try it!

yes, I also believe that drinking warm water is good for our health. I drink two glasses of warm or just normal water early in the morning before eating eating breakfast. It helps clean my urine clean and feel better. And one night when I woke up trembling because of my hi-fever and I have no medicine, what I did was drink warm water and later on I feel better.

I do not drink warm water.
For one thing, I can not stand the taste. If water's warm it's one of the nastiest things ever lol.
But another reason I drink cold water is, because your body burns calories to warm it up...so drinking cold water can help you lose a little bit of weight.

Yes, I drink warm water but not every morning.
I drink warm water whenever I got congested nose
have difficulty in breathing due to mucus in the throat
due to hay fever and dust allergy. Drinking warm water
gives me the relief in the throat and helps me breathe
easier. I have to do this as a remedy otherwise asthma
attack would be the next thing that I would be experiencing.
Even when I have severe asthma I still drink warm water
as my regular drinking water until I get well.

hello marketing, I do drink at least 2 glasses of warm water after arising, and not even just that time,i never drink cold water at all, in the mid afternoon, night time and anytime of the day i always drink a warm water and i believe that cold water is not appropriate for me because it cause me a symtoms of hormonal changes, i used to drink warm water it keeps me fit unlike cold water makes me bloating,
But not all people have the same reactions , i just discover it to myself and i think there's no harm if i keep doing that way, since it benefits me and my body,God bless!

I only drink warm beverages like coffee, because I personally feel that coffee tastes good only when warm. However, when it comes to water, I will try to drink cold water, or water at room temperature. Research says that cold water is more easily absorbed by our bodies. That's why athletes always choose to drink cold water to replenish their lost body fluids.
