Taking medicines

Hello Everybody! I am really interested in your opinion: if you are ill, do you prefer to take medicines or you choose alternative methods?

dedicacionb When its just headache and colds, I don't take medicine, I just drink lots of water, fruit juice and take a rest. But when there is hi-fever, oh no! there's infection, so better consult the doctor right away.

dedicacionb I agree that prayer gives us comfort,calms our mood and have peace in our mind. And also makes us closer to our God. But before praying to God, first I keep silent then swallow my saliva, take a dept breath then pray to God, it really works.

after my gallladder surgery, my co worker told me that she also suffer from gallbladder but the simptoms disappear after few months of drinking water.from that time i always drink water as much as i can then, i read one article...

dedicacionb yes, I also believe that drinking warm water is good for our health. I drink two glasses of warm or just normal water early in the morning before eating eating breakfast. It helps clean my urine clean and feel better. And one night when I woke up trembling...
