Heard about the biggest visa scam taking place.Amazingly 13000 visas for students to study in Uk has been rejected. The uk government is thinking it to be a scam.
Whats going on.They themselves advertise and when people are finally showing up they stop it.
I think before calling it a scam they should have the right facts with them to do so.
What do you say ..?

well in my opinion indian governement should take strong steps to raise the education level.More and more youngsters are looking for a carrier in other countries because they didn't find anything here to work on.

I guess that should not be the case as they are not issuing new Visas. They cancelled all the 13000 applications not the current Visas.

Well yes.But the only thing is that they should come out with facts in front of the public so that we are aware.just canceling all the visas is not the solution.

Actually it was for people who were going there on Student Visas but were actually not students.I guess that is the reason why they stopped it .

Yes that is some thing they should do.Do all the verifications carefully and only then issue Visas after all why do they have a verification procedure.

The reason behind the UK govt stopping the visas for Indians is because of the unprecedented spurt in the number of applications and the quality of some of the applications. The number of applications received during October-december 2007 & 2008 were between 1000 to 1,800 whereas it has gone to 13,500 in the same period in 2009.

The step taken by the UK government is absolutely right. Any nation would feel apprehensive about an influx which is not justified. This will make life easier for the bona fide visa seekers.
Many Indians in Melbourne Australia are abusing student visa/spouse visa, and areactually working illegally, including driving taxi's. Why are they facing lot of problems? and why only in Melbourne? Why so many north Indians go to study there. It is a big question whether these students in Australia will ever return to India ?

this is a shocking number probably they are bit scared of attacks, but rejection of visa will not solve there purpose as they get a good income from students. So I think in this foul when college will have less number of students then they will certainly rethink about there decision.
