What do you do while your page is loading on Mylot?

I am not facing those problems at all. Everything is loading quickly for me today as always. Could it be your computer? Do the temp files need a clean-up?

Well, first i fuss & maybe cuss a little because that is so aggravating to me. I like u have learned just to get up & do something till it loads.

If a page doesn't load after a minute, I stop it and try again. Sometimes it will load soon the second try, but not always. If it still won't load, I go to another site.

It depends on how slow my computer is being to be honest... but if i'm just roaming around on mylot and not really concentrating... I'll generally in between posts just mess around on facebook or world or warcraft...

while waiting on my page to load i just talk to my friends on messenger or if not i just listen to some music. sometimes the page can really take time to load. Also sometimes i would even sit and watch the page loading.

hi what you say is correct,the page mylot is loading slowly. some operations slow and some little fast finally average loading. this gap i do some other work.

hi polachicago I am ashamed to say I was sitting here going load, load,damn load, you slow as molasses in january you, bad words, cannot use here, should have been doing something positive instead like you were doing. three minutes was my take also, really sl o o o w w w. wow. I am going to try your more positive approach instead. lol.

Well, while uploading the page or the discussion that I have written. I just surf for my TE...Because as I can comments to mylot I've done many things. Surfing, comments in other social networks, and reading email also

I have not had this problem, rather, I had a problem with the link loading proberlay. so I do not log on to mylot during that time and waited untill latter to post on mylot. If I am going to have to wait a long time to load my page, I will close out the page and come back untill latter.

I always have at least 2 other windows open. I'm usually playing poker or reading email while doing my lot stuff. Keeps the mind active.

I don't usually have any issues with pages taking too long, but I do have very fast cable broadband. I used to surf traffic exchanges and while doing that I developed a habit of having several tabs open at a time so I am always flicking between tabs and doing other things while pages are loading so if they are loading slow, I would not notice it anyway. If you are experiencing slowness and your internet speed is a fast one, then you can try deleting your temporary internet files such as the cache and cookies.

first, i must say it's a bad feeling when the internet speed is very slow. but if or when it's slow, usually, i close my eyes to have a short rest, i use too much computer in a day, more than 10 hours, i think.

Hiya polachicago, Do the other work the offline work I´m supposed to be doing instead of being on here. My pages load quite slow too it´s a bit like trying to load a youtube video you never know when it´s going to finish. On mylot the pages sometimes stick but they don´t take too long not too bad on the whole.

Nope, not having any loading problems here in past few days. I did notice one time that when I was responding to a discussion that had zero responses, it did take a while and after it loaded I noticed someone else had responded at the exact same time that I did. Maybe sometimes the system doesn't like a lot of responses at the same time? Don't know though! It has never taking 3.5 minutes though. I would go crazy if that happened as if we were back in 1993 with dial up connections! Even with high-speed, I still sometimes get impatient with some sites! I guess I should probably lay off of the coffee a little:)

WOw It hasnt ever took that long for mine to load but I am off doing other things when it takes awhile!

For me I am generally loading and unloading the washer and dryer, I also multi-task between sites such as gather and facebook. Actually I don't know how I would react if I wasn't multi-tasking doing more than one thing at a time.

I have read quite a few discussions of people having problems with their postings loading and it taking a long time. I have been a member with mylot for over 4 years and I have never had a problem with it being slow especially when I am posting a response. I don't start very many discussions so maybe that takes longer, I don't know, but otherwise I find it pretty quick. I don't have time to do anything else while it is loading so after it loads I leave the site and go back to my email box and open the next message from mylot. I am sorry to hear you are having problems and hopefully now that 7 months have passed maybe it is better for you now?

1916.54 It can take an age to load. Sometimes I make a cup of tea and sometimes I look y other sites on the internet. Today in fact I couldn't access myLot at all. c16.58

Hi Pola, I used to worked on neobux, check my emails and chat with friends. i am used to multi-tasking hehehehe. i even watch tv and listen to music. a lot right, but thanks god i can manage to do it at the same time but still have a focus.

frankly, polachicago, this is the first time i am having a much longer than usual time to load the mylot pages... while waiting, i attempted to draft responses for the various discussion topics... but alas, and aleck, i was not allowed to paste them as responses as i haven't reached the threshold of 500 yet... next, time probably, when loading becomes excruciatingly slow, i'll just open a new window and do some reading of the news...
