eat Much every day?

you see fruit plays an important role in our daily life,we need to eat everyday.but should we eat much every day?in addition,people who are losing weight only eat fruits without other foods.is it right?what's your opinion?

Hi, I am not sure about losing weight because only eat fruits. However, I think it is not ideal if we only eat fruits. It is really the fruits are good. But, our body also need the others, carbohydrate, protein, etc. Have a nice day. Best wishes,

yes, it is right. if you want to lose weight, you should eat more fruits because they are natural. you have to eat them when you are hungry or before eating a meal rather than eating them after a meal.

hi ,chenpingping,I do not think that eat too much fruit every day are good for health ,just Eat adequate amounts of fruits are good for health . only eat fruits without other foods is not good for health ,There are many ways to lose weight,the people who want to lose weight should eat less Meat .
