Soft drinks are not good for health. All the people know that, but they still buy soft drinks. Soft drinks come in nice bottles which attract people. Also, the taste attracts some people. I know a person in my village who gives soft drinks to his little kid because he thinks it is soemthing special. He doesn't understand that even after me saying that it is not good for health.

i like soft drinks who does not ,but what you have understand is a lot of soft drinks are loaded with sugars so if you do drink them limit the amount that you drink because if you are prone to weight gain i would avoid drink to many of them ,and i would avoid coke cola ,and orange juice ,they have a lot of sugar also ,the best drink is water ,bottle or mineral!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

definitely not you would be prone to ulcer and hyperacidity. The sugar content is also a bad sign for diabetes.

It depends on how much you drink, really. Having soda every once in a while won't really hurt you. Only drinking soda can cause health problems. If you drink a lot of regular soda, you get a lot of extra calories you don't need. Like everything, it's fine in moderation.

As long as you don't drink them constantly, and make sure to consume plenty of water, then you should be fine. Seriously, the odd fizzy drink like Pepsi here and there shouldn't make a difference to your health, it's when you start chugging it like water that the problems start to occur
