Do you like to work in groups or by yourself?

Hi anime123, I would like working in groups rather than by myself.Becasue in groups everyone has their own advantage which is suitable for this groups.We can discuss all kinds of ideas and using knowledges belongs to all of us to solve the problems.Working in groups more efficiency.In the team ,I can learn a lot and made rapid grogress.

I prefer working alone to groups.But if the group is good and there is understanding between one another its good to be in a group.Sometimes collective thinking leads to solutions we couldn't think on our own.But when alone we can take quick decisions.

Hi Anime123. I noticed that we have a lot in common. We are both introverted and sensitive. =) I don't like groups as well--I actually hate them. :-) I am at my best when I am all by myself--I am more energized that way, at least when it comes to tasks. I wanna be autonomous. I want things to be done my way. I don't really like rules. I hate it when someone dominates the group and I can't express my ideas. In short, group work drains my energy. It's perfectly natural for introverted people like us. :-)

it depends on how hard the "project" is. If I can do it alone, then I'll choose to work on my own. I know my capabilities so I can say if I can do it or not. It is alright for me to work all by myself so if anything happens, I know I made it and it was all my fault. On the other hand, if i am not so good about the project, then i'll choose to be in a group where I can learn the things I do not know plus I can earn friends :)

All by myself! and only see the boss face when he/she sends me updated picture and sends me a wave file to hear his/her voice! lol hahahahaha

I don't like group work for the most part because they're always trying to push more work off of themselves and onto the people around them and I hate that kind of behavior. However, group work can have advantages but I mostly hate having to meet up with people outside of work to try and get things accomplished. It's a waste of my time.

i dont mind working in groups as long as each one is willing to pull his or her own weight. i do work better independantly but enjoy being part of a team as well.

I much rather work independantly as opposed to working within a group. I like to use my own ideas and work at my own pace while that is difficult when there are others in the group. You need to agree and work out a plan and stuff. That doesn't work with me. But then I am not married either and would find it hard giving in to someone else. I would be frustrated when the work isn't done in the time I wanted and the way I wanted.

Hi, avime For me I like working in group, work my myself I will feel lonely, and if I can't figure something out, I hope I have a member, who can help me, and we can discuss about the whole job, and more people have more ideas, maybe can done better, and easily, and when we finished this work, we can celebrate together, that's really exciting.

Sometime I am both, but it depends on the work that needs to get done...If it a lot then working in group will be helpful. It can make the work done fast. Well it takes a good team player to make things done correctly.

Hello, I've gone through several difficult phases in my life. I have even faced situations that left me completely numb and indecisive. I totally lost my sense of judgment. But then after that I tried a little contemplation about myself. The more I grew introspective the more independent and freedom loving I became. Now, that I've been totally mutated to a different personality, I feel it fascinating and interesting to walk alone. I am being totally independent, mentally and I think there is enough time for creativity if you just work alone. Of course nobody is entirely alone in this world and with certain help from others it would be impossible to survive. I am assuming this as an absolute truth and not taking it into account. I like working by myself.I think if you work together with other people,you need to consider many things.yo need to thought other pepoles opinion and maybe sometimes your opinion is different with others,and you should act on others opinion doing works.So I just want to work by myself.It is free and comfortable.

That depends.I like to work with someone who is efficient. If you are have the same idea that would be easy to cooperate. Yea,sometimes it's difficult to compromise in group.

I like to works in group.. because if you doing works in group. then your work have divided in your group.. and you don't have more pressure of works.. and if you feel any problem then there are many members of your group..who will support you and helped you.. so i like to worked in group.. keep mylotting..

hi friend what you said is right,if we work in group we wont get any work and some times,some one in the group who dint do any work will be appreciated for the work we have done.my friend faced such a situation.so i wish to do work alone instead of doing in group. have a nice day

If something needs to be done, I want to finish it right away. When I depend in a group of people to do it the tendency is that the results are not very good and mostly I dont like it. If I know I can still do something by myself, I dont usually ask the help of others but unless I wont be able to do it anymore then that's the time I ask for help. As you said, you can always get things done if you do it yourself and that is because you are focused on what you are suppose to do and not think about talking with the people in the group.

I don't like to work in groups. At my high school they always forced us to do things in groups. There was always one person that didn't do ANY work, while others had to do everything and then even defend him in front of the teacher or he would be angry with us. And there's always someone who wants to be in charge of everything so every idea I contribute, doesn't get into the work we're doing. I like doing things by myself because at least I can be certain that everything was done properly and no one has stolen any of my work.
