I am not a computer expert but when ever things go wrong I always worry about viruses or maybe something is wearing out on your computer, I know a friend of mune had to get a new motherboard but I am not sure what could be your problem but I hope someone can help you...it can all be a bit of a worry..

you have most probably developed moisture in the golden fingers of your ram and/or gpu
take an eraser
take out your ram stick(s) and gpu (if u have one)
rub the eraser against the golden fingers of the ram and gpu until they are shiny again.
re-attach them and check your system for the problem again.
i quite sure your problem will be solved
else,
case 1
virus scan=true
check harddrive for errors=true
if case1 returns un satisfactory results then,
format system=true
