Well I have never got a cellphone, but who knows because now I am going to go to college. Still though are cellphones really that important is it worth me to pay for it every month. I know that cellphones are nice, but can they really help me.
So should I buy a cellphone or no?? What's the best brand also?? Some cellphones do have good plans that's what's good.

Yes you can definitely bye a cell phone as early as possible. These days you can't neglect the importance of cell phones. You can't leave it. They will certainly help you. The cell phones are not only meant for talking. They are a good source of fun as well.
If you want to bye a cell phone, go to purchase a Nokia cell phone. They are more reliable.

Buying a cell phone is a commitment, eventhough it may not be as big of a commitment as some others. Most cell phone service providers will have you sign 2 year contract, though I know that t-mobile has no contract plan now. Drawback of that is you have to pay much higher price for the phone. Weather you should buy a cell phone or not really depends on you. I know that going to college, you probably will broaden your social life so it may not be such a bad idea. And also if you're gonna be away from your home, cell phone gives you a way to keep in contact with your family at home. Before deciding on brand of a cell phone, you might also wanna check out which service provider you wanna go with first. Some phones are only offered by one or two carriers - service providers. For example, you can only get an I-Phone with AT&T. If AT&T doesn't work all that good in your area, then getting an I-Phone wouldn't do you any good. Ask around & see what people have. Almost all carriers have unlimited plans. I'm not sure how much of talking or any other type of usage you'll be doing with your cell phone but price of unlimited plan is coming down. I'm paying around $92/month for unlimited everything. That includes unlimited talk, messaging & data plan for my blackberry. Oh, and that $92/month also includes all the taxes & fees. Good luck.

I can't really recommend a cell phone, as I don't know what you are wanting on it and what all you are going to do with it. Some phones have more features than ohters, so it really depends on what you really want on the phone. Most I do believe you can text with, so that probably won't be a problem. Some you can access the internet and that means paying for a data plan, and there again that varies from phone to phone depending on the phone that you want. There are other features on cell phones too like a camera wifi and such. My suggestion would be to stop at cell phone booths, and see what they have and go from there, as I really can't suggest a phone, as I have had different ones and I really don't know which is the best. I hope you find the one that suits you. Take care, and happy mylotting.

Yes, I think you should buy a cellphone. Cellphone is not luxury goods, everybody own it. Surely, it will help all your activities. The price of cellphone is also very variety, depend on the money you have. And the cost of cellular operator is also very cheap now. Concerning the brand, there are many famous brands, here in my country, most of people, like to buy Nokia. You can find out as many as information through online, before you decide to buy one which is suitable for you. Anyway, have a good day.
Best wishes,
