With open mind you should wish the birthday of your ex. Love relation is a very critical one. And all love relation is not ended happily. But greatness is always in the take everything easily. Your lover refuse your proposal. You should accept the situation. For the time being your duty is to wish on the birthday first. Be positive. May be the life bring something negative to you. But you should think positive.

Ok....First, I have to say that I'm just an influence, a person who gives you a good advise, but the person who will make the final decision is you. You must be the one who choose your own way so that you won't regret in the future, at least, you're the one who choose the path. I would suggest you to follow your own feeling. However, I would say that no calling, no getting in touch is my advise. What for to contact and make a good wish like "wish you'll have better life and be happy"? I think you should call her or sent a message.you always thinking for her and love her so much.so let her happy in her birthday.Do not let youself regert.If you always try to keep she away from you heart It is too difficult for you.Maybe she is waiting foe you to call her,and love you so much.just sometimes she always not accept your proposal maybe you should calm down and talk with her.best wishes to you.

I think first of all there is a matter of choice and if you really love that person how can you impose any thing on her even your self. you should be happy seeing her happy. the second and the importent thing that if she tell you the right thing that she dont want to go with you rather than going with you and further ditch you. dont take it wrong way. you should be a good person and be genuine. wish her.

why don't you start by giving her a birthday message and lets see from there if things turn around and she will be interested to you this time..don't overwhelm if she reply nicely just maintain your composure and look some signs that she is interested to you..

It often happens when we love someone that we can't be with, then we hate him/her. If u love her, so u'll make her happy. Let her choose her choice, i mean don't bother her by showing ur feeling mostly. It's okay to offer her a friendship n congrat on her birthday but don't show that u really wish her acceptation.
