Hey people! Most of you would have got to know about paypal scamming indians. Why us? What about the money we have in it? Is there any ohter way to get back the money? Or if this money is gone which website do we believe and depend on to receive the money?
I am really confused. Anyone has a clear idea? Please help.

PayPal are NOT a scam. They are entitled to change their Terms and Conditions at any time (and when you signed up, you agreed to that).
PayPal are a payment facilitator, NOT a bank. If they have disallowed certain transactions, then you can be sure that it is for good commercial reasons and probably due to the high level of fraudulent transactions they have received from India. That doesn't mean that YOUR transactions were fraudulent - simply that the people you need to blame are your compatriots.
If you are confused, write to PayPal for clarification.
