Below is the mail i got from one of the site about paypal. I joined this site before it was launched, then suddenly it got hacked as per admin on the day of launch, then the site was up within couple of days. And they have changed their policies every now and then after that. And today I got the below mail
Hi
This email is specially to the Indian users of Clicks4Cents.
PayPal is reversing all transfers merchants have sent to users with a PayPal account based on India in the past 4 days. This is happening with every kind of payment (personal or not) and from every site (from us to Neobux).
As so, for the moment and until Paypal have all this situation solved i would ask the Indian Members of Clicks4Cents for one of the follow option:
1) Dont Cashout until Paypal solve this situation
2) Use Alertpay to cashout
Sorry for this, but as you see this is a situation of Paypal entire resposability
Best and Friendly regards
Clicks4Cents Admin
I immediately checked my paypal account and found every thing normal, my balance was right, no deduction and nothing else. In face I received my payment today from one of the site. So this is how some scam sites are spreading rumors. So beaware of such sites .

I have two accounts, I transferred my funds from one to the other. I usually do this. But recently I got a mail from paypal stating that, personal payments inside India are not processed and only we can send funds to goods or e-bay items etc.. Also paypal stated that it will be resolved soon.
Hoping for the best...
Have a nice day....

I am not at this site, but i have heard something that there are some problems with Indians with Paypal, but I have not faced any problem yet, some have asked me that have you withdrawn recently from Paypal...and yes...i did, and it was very normal..as earlier...so I wish that everything negative should be rumors only...Paypal is my first choice as payment processor, as they give easy withdrawals to bank accounts....

This sounds really scary, well I hope they don't do anything with our account balance. Stopping payment to banks is fine till the time they resolve their issues, but at least they should not do any deductions as it is really hard earned money for me as well as other Indians.

From what I understand, and I am not from India but I have seen notifications about this on some of my sites. For the time being, PayPal is not depositing anything to any personal accounts that are based out of India. That doesn't mean that your money is not rightfully yours but for the time being you should not request a payment to be deposited into your paypal account or to send money to another person. Until all of this is sorted out you should use an alternate payment processor or hold off on your payments.

Very rightly said. I am also facing such problems. I sent a payment to my friend via paypal tomorrow but that returned to me today morning. I have my balance waiting in Neobux to be cashed out. So I have decided not to cash out them until everything is resolved. I have some balance in PayPal to be withdrawn in bank Account. I am not going to withdraw.
Is it a permanent problem (or rule) or will it be resolved and has occurred due to technical problem?

that was terrifying. By the way congratulations, everything went right! Isn't it confusing why they kept on changing their policies? But they stated there as you said, "especially to the Indian users." hmmm...???
