laksh1985 hi pupupd i am totally agree with your point,in case paypal is stopping Indians withdrawing money via bank account and stopped personal payments then they should inform all paypal member via email but no one got email from paypal regrading this issue.

Actually I just learned it via the net. Everybody loves chocolate, however, it is a deadly thing for a dog. Perhaps it is better to believe it although I am not sure whether this is true or not. I don't want to take a risk.
