hello. I hope you can help me with my problems on how I can gain weight. I am 31 years old. I stands 5'6 tall. And I only weighs 50 kilograms. I work as an analyst in a graveyard shifting schedule. I am thin. Does it have vitamins in order to increase your weight or size? Please help. I will try to follow your suggestions.

i think your hardgainer person (fast metabolism) plus your shift is graveyard so that explain why it's hard for you to gain weight, but i would be nice if you gain weight with right proportion not the one gaining and have flappy abs..well, you need to increase the intake of you carbs. and protein, eat at least 6 or 7 times a day with aleast 3hours spacing...choose the food you eat, avoid unhealthy food and it would better to have regular exercise or walk to maintain your cardio vascular while gaining weight..

I've heard that physical exercises may help one to gain weight. It's about growing your muscles, so they will add up to your total weight. Just exercise like 3-4 times a week and eat lots of meat. You should be getting results soon.

The easiest way is to increase how much you already eat. For example, if you normally eat a small portion of meat at dinner increase it a little, say from 2 ounces to 3 ounces. You don't want to gain weight too fast though, or it will be all fat & that's not good for you. While increasing your food to gain weight is a good start, also maintain or start a good workout program. This gives you muscle mass, which weighs more than fat, and gets you in good shape.

ooh I wish I had your problem :)) Why not try eating lots of fries, cakes/sweets, burgers, lots of rice? Milkshakes :D I think that will work.

hallo...friend...I am also thin, but I have never thought of putting on weight. As long as you are healthy, then I think it is okay. But I used to be a little fatter when I did exercise everyday, because afterthat I would feel hungry and I ate alot more than before, then I put on weight. And try not to drink during your meal, drink after you have finished your meal, so you can eat more, otherwise your stomach will full of water, it will affect your appetite, then you'll eat less. And don't drink tea, it will clean all the oily thing , all the fat. I don't know whether these will work but It is no harm trying , it just abit adjustment of your daily habit....hope you'll be success!!!

Hi! we all can gain weight, if we do some exercises every day for at least 40-60 minutes- we can exercise every morning for about 30 minutes and than on the evening more 30 and we will be more slim and elegant. You can also try to eat more vegetables and fruits and less fat food, because it makes us really plump n:)
