Do you have Monday syndrome?

Hi friends, it is Monday again. After weekend holiday, we all must go to the routine activities again. Like me, I must go to the office again. Monday is always boring for me. My feeling is often not good on this day. Still feel lazy to work. All my friends here also same. It seems there is a Monday syndrome
Anyway, do you have same feeling on Monday? or maybe it is only me, and for you all days are same ? Let's to share. Thanks a lot.

I don't work at the moment but Mondays still have a horrible feeling about them, so much different to any other day. Hubby, of course, hates Mondays because he has to get up early to drive to work 15 miles away, then he's tired when he drives back (which does worry me but he is a very good driver) but once Monday is out of the way the rest of the week tends to improve. Very strange!

it is really that but imagine the new week like something new and explore it to make something different, not like you usually do your job or activities . i think that you should something like the way you go to work or your activities you do when you wake up and listen music or tv programs before you go out and so on....
i was so bored monday morning as i waked up and dressed and prepared my child to go to the childrengarden and the breakfast and in one moment i felt so sad to do all activities every day then i waked early than usual and spent a half hour in the garden with the dog and i felt better .so for some months first i go out in the garden and after that i do other activities it is so good for me.

I always do my best to make my Mondays right. I try to wake up earlier and do a bit of exercises and I also make sure that I feel positive about the work / study week ahead. :)
