Hi,everyone!I am a chinese, and we will have our biggest holiday in a year--the Spring Festival after 4 days.Do you have interest? I am introducing somthing interesting for you on our festival. In China,People have different traditions in different places in this day.In my hometown,at the Spring Festival'Eve,We have the delicious dinner in this evening,in the day,we children go to hills and pick lots of pine needles, before the dinner,we cover the floor with the pine needles like a table, then we put so much food on the pine needles-table,finnaly,we family will start my dinner, before this, boys in my family must explore firewrks and this will bring good fortune in the coming year. Then we all have a seat on the pine needles around our food and start the big meal.During the meal, Mum always force us to eat an entire piece of chinese cabbage and garlic firstly, they are just boiled in the plain water, and so unsovory!!!!But eating up them,it will mean that we will have enough food in the coming year.we will get lucky money from our parents tonight.Oh,does our chinese Spring Festival like your christmas?hoho,in fact ,we have lots of fun in the next day of the Spring Festival,i will introduce for you later and now i will prepare for going home to have this biggest festival with my family!

Wow that is great!...Actually I'm very jealous of those kind of traditional festivals. I'm half Chinese but not in China. Some traditions are just unique not because of the meals but due to its essence. Chinese traditions have some commonalities with Japanese ones and they are the best in terms of customs for me!. I could really picture out the old times when they celebrate traditions. They are great!U should really treasure those moments=...Our Christmas here is also great, but sometimes it diverges into pure "eating" although not all times or not to everyone. But I think its becoming more like that nowadays. hope not thou...
