Hi friends, when I go to supermarket, I read leaflet in counter 'fruit' as follows: "Tradition of France people, breakfast with fruits, make healthy life"
Is it right that good to breakfast with fruits? Please share with me, if really it is good, maybe I must follow it. Thank you.
Best wishes,

It is not so good to have breakfast with fruits.
Because most fruits contain AHA(alpha hydroxy acid), but the main ingredients of human's stomach is hydrochloric acid, when your stomach is empty in the morning, your stomach has too much gastric acid. If you eat fruits in the morning, it will destroy your stomach. So don't eat fruits before breakfast, or have fruits immediately after breakfast.
The best time to have breakfast is 9:00--10:00 in the morning. As at that time, you have a good absorption of your breakfast. So it is a golden time to eat fruits. Besides, you can eat fruits in the afternoon, but it is not so good as in the morning. It is bad to your health to eat friuts in the night.
But if you want, you can extract juice from the fruits. It is good to have whole-wheet bread with a cup of juice.
Best wishes

I eat a fruit with all my meals most of the time and a snack of an apple in between. I love eating fruits and feel like I am taking care of my health.

I believe that too. I have fruits every morning at breakfast time. That is the source of multivitamins ! If I don't have fruits, then I take fruit juice. Orange juice is a source of vitamin C.
