Do you like to sleep on flannel sheets during the winter months?

I love sleeping on them, because my bed is a little warmer when I go to get in it at night. Plus, they are so very soft to be sleeping on. What is your opinion on them?

I don't use flannel sheets. I've never bought flannel sheets because I like to use all of my bedsheets year-round. I don't want to have certain sheets to use at a certain time because I like things to be different. I prefer to use lots of blankets in the colder times.

We like flannel sheets, and we also have a bedwarmer mattress pad (electric) It seems to make you sleep more soundly.

I don't like them very much, I have always found them itchy. Probably because they make me hot, as it is I am warm enough, I have a heated bed.

I love to sleep on flannel sheets during the winter because I get cold easily and usually stay cold for a while..

Nope. Never had any. I've only got one set of sheets. --- --- --- "I certainly think Britney Spears is the devil. The way she projects herself and the fact that she is so obviously vacuous. I think it's such a shame that she became so influential to very small children." -- MORRISSEY --- --- ---

I know that many people like flannel sheets. I guess since I live in a cold place (Canada) it is not unusual that lots of people like them. Personally I like percale sheets, which I find are crisp and smooth. They never pill up like cotton sheets and have just enough cotton in them to make them soft. When I want warmth, I just add more blankets on top. I like a big fluffy comforter.

There is nothing like flannel sheets during the cold winter nights. My mom actually got me into them. My home stays pretty warm during the winter. I guess the insallation is good or something. So I don't put them on often, unless its in the 40's or below. You're right about them being sooooo soft and seemingly warmer when you first get into bed. Got to experience the flannel sheets to really understand the warm elegant feeling.

I love flannel sheets myself and could sleep on them all year long no matter what. Wouldn't want any other kind of sheets. I agree that they are very soft and very comfortable and I sleep much better with them.

I like flannel sheets in the winter but what I like even more is my cool to the touch 1000 count sheets. It is kind of neat to get into a cool bed and cuddle with the one you love. Plus when the heater turns on you don't have to worry about getting to warm. Flannel is nice though when you are cold, just to run and jump in your toasty bed.

I love flannel sheets, especially when they are not new because they get softer and softer every time you wash them. My husband hates them. It's one of the reasons I sometimes consider separate twin beds, lol. I always feel cold, he always feels hot and complains that the sheets are way too hot.

I never had one of those sheets before. But, I'll look into that. I sure do want to stay warm this winter.
