We are all built differently so the best that we can hope for is to be the best that WE can be. Don't set up unrealistic expectations for yourself. I have somewhat of an hourglass shape and no matter how much I wish that I was built like a supermodel that just isn't something that is going to happen for me. There's no quick fix that is safe. In terms of diet, it's a simple equation of you have to burn more calories than you take in. My suggestion is that you eat healthy wholesome foods, track calories and eat about 1200 calories a day and exercise. You should work your way up to weight training about 20 minutes a day and cardio for about 45 minutes a day. Weight training over time will allow you to burn more calories. Don't concentrate on the weight that is on the scale. There is a new phenomena called normal weight obesity. There are people whose weight falls into what is normal for their height but whose body fat percentage puts them at risk for all of the diseases associated with obestity. The article told a story of a woman who lost 100 lbs and thought that she was fit. She had her body fat tested and her percentage was 42% and she shouldn't be over 25%. She incorporated weight training into her exercise routine and she now weighs 18 lbs more than she did but her body weight percentage is within acceptable limits and she's gone down two dress sizes. Good luck.

i recommend drinking leisure 18, it is a tea and very effective. My mother used it and in just 2 weeks she lose 7 pounds. it is not like other tea that will make you poo but rather it will help you to feel full in just 3 spoons, also it will help you from your cravings and last it will make you thirsty resulting to drinking plenty of waters that will help flush out the toxins from your body.

I joined Weight Watchers online and so far it is working really well for both my husband and I my husband has lost 24 pounds and I have lost 16. It is about finding the right balance of what you eat and how much you exercise. You need to figure out how many calories are ideal for your body. There are sites on line that will help you figure it out, go to a search engine and type in something like, "How many calories should a female who is 5 feet 2 inches tall consume?" Then only eat that amount of calories and exercise for at least 30 minutes at least 5 times a week.
