janeross001 i also wanted to have abs and we can achieve this without cutting too much food by exercising. what i did is that i do curls up and planking morning and night because this is the best abs exercise. i can see today that my belly fats are almost gone.

janeross001 for me, i agree on the short but hard physical exercise, because we burn more when our heart rate is faster or increases. but i usually do is, on the 1st week i do hard physical exercises like, hard cardio, and taebo, on the next week i do pilates and yoga

janeross001 best way to lose weight is to exercise at least 15-30 minutes 4 times a week. I am not overweight and i have flat stomach but my arms and thighs are big. I do crunches morning or night for at least 20 crunches.
