Hey there girls and guys,
Thing is that in workouts the other important issue in insuring that we do get the optimum weight lose that we can get from our exercise routines
and diets is we let it continue on and make sure that our metabolism stays up. And how do we do that by well in my simple researches on
increasing metabolism through food they said that adding small pieces of pepper and jalapenos in meals is the way to go putting in little
hot sauce can really increase the metabolism. And for exercises i suggest read on exercises that burns one hundred calories and at least hit
exercises that costs at least 1500 calories or more for your preference and just maintain your diet with 1500 -2500 calories if you add the
workout burn plus the daily activities that you do daily and it hits about more than the calorie intake by 500 calories a day the if you can
maintain that for 7 days or a total of 3500 calories burned then you can loose 1 pound per week. this is the site to read on.

Hi there airkulet,
Well i know that you can do it too i mean that in life the only thing that will stop us is our selves from trying to achieve things and i think octomom is sexy because she is physically and mentally stressed over the lot of her children, anyway its good stress since she loves them and keeps her looking fine.

You comments seems to be reasonable and helpful. But I would like to add more. Firstly there is this equation of input versus output. We must count the calories we input into our boady via food. And the output must be done that is more than input. Secondly, there is not only the need for exercise but more of strength training types. This a form of body building for the muscles. Thanks for adding that up i tend to make sure that putting in more details is important like this one but i do have othere discussions about body building that helps in regulating and maintaining the bodies metabolism high, anyway thanks for the reminder.

My pleasure i like this kinds of topics at least i can share things about what i have read and maybe help others get into shape and be healthy , thanks for the comment and yeah coffee and tea is good for loosing weight to but more on tea than coffee.

Well if your not up to it then maybe you can try drinking green tea, it is very beneficial when it comes to loosing weight and drink very cold drinks as it increases your metabolism because the body uses up more energy to warm it up inside the body.
