I'm really having this trouble in controlling my diet. I don't have the right amount of urge to lose weight. I;m not really fat though but i would really be glad if i would lose fats belly fats and achieve some good, flattery abs. (how i just so wish). I'm asking for your help, my dear myLotter friends. Give me some encouragements and tips on how to achieve those abs without cutting off too much foods. oh by the way, it is also my problem that whenever i eat less food, there's a tendency that i would faint. I just want to know what foods are best for me? :)))

You can still loose weight wihtout reducing the amount of food you are eating. You will just watch the food you are taking in. You can visit my blog chemist.blogspot.com. I had an entry entitled eat more food loose wore weight. You just need to replace what you eat by some alternatives that has low calories.

Hi simplyMarjie, we have the same problem before, but you dont need to eat less, you just need to be more aware and concious on the food you going to eat. Try belly dancing, it works to me. :)

One way to maintain healthy weight is by knowing your caloric needs per day. This can help you to make sure that you do not over consume or under consume food and the maximum amount of food that you consume is what your body requires. You can ask a nutritionist or a trainer to calculate for you.

i also wanted to have abs and we can achieve this without cutting too much food by exercising. what i did is that i do curls up and planking morning and night because this is the best abs exercise. i can see today that my belly fats are almost gone.

Well I am kind of in the same situation with trying to control my diet so that I eat healthier. From what other mylotters have told me, keeping fresh fruit and vegetables readily available instead of junk food would help. If you want to get a 'cut' look, that only comes with exercise. Situps work well for this.
