Dear Friends Hereby I want to share a fitness tip that will keep you fit and relaxed and that is to deep breath ........ Deep breathing has a magical effect on our mental and physical health as it provides more oxygen to our brain and body cells keping them happier ........... So don't just breath but deep breath yes add depth to your breath and you are done ...... I think next time you breath you will remember my tip Hare Krishna Ganesh

i also read an article saying that sleeping more can give you a smaller waist because lack of sleep will bring the leptin down, causing lack of satisfaction from eating so you tend to eat more.

yes I agree with you lack of sleep creates of lot of problem beside causing our waist to increase ......like deep breath deep sleep is equally important ........ Hare Krishna Ganesh

Dear friend, It better to have deep breath in fresh surroundings. But when I enter to city and other places where there are garbages and wastes wished to avoid such breaths. But at home I may have try this. A special thanks for such simple tips...

It is a good idea. Breathe through the nose (inhale) and exhale through the mouth. It helps to relieve tiredness when one is doing the same thing for a long time like driving or sitting at the computer. Drinking water also relieves tiredness.

yes. Ganesh -- Deep breathing is helpful for maintaining good health. I remembered you tips when I had deep breathing now. It is advisable to do pranayama every day to keep good health. also walking helps.

Yes, exactly. Deep breathing has a magical effect. I relate much because I’m doing that too. I breath deep when I have bad thoughts and when releases my tension. The best method of breathing is a pursed-lip breathing. You inhale to your nostrils, then exhale through the mouth slowly, it is like blowing a candle.
