People are Never Satisfied, Do you agree ?

yeah, i think in today's world, most people are selfish and never satisfy. there are too many material substance, and people will never stop their chase of material comfort even at the expense of other things like environment. however it is not a bad thing for never satisfaction, because it may foster people to progress

I believe we should always set goals in life, but there are certain things i feel you should be satisfied with what you have. Yes we all aspire for a better life, more money, and what not, but we should be grateful everyday for what we have. Not everyone has a roof over their head, or parents who are still alive, or that care, not everyone has friends. I think we should be happy and satisfied with the family we have, the friends, and the love that we share with one another. Its never wrong to dream bigger or want more, its ok to want more, but dont forget what you have already. Dont be dissapointed when something doesnt go the way we want it to cause you always have so many other things in life to be happy about, just keep on trying. Something i've always believed is that no matter how little you have, or how many problems you have in your life, chances are there is someone out there who has less. So wake up everyday with a smile, and think about everyone in your life, and how your life would be affected if they were no longer there. For me i get emotional when i think what my life would be like without my bestfriend. We dont live in the same city, actually we live about 6 hours apart now, as i moved 2 years ago, but he is still my bestfriend, and i care for him ery much, and even though i havent seen him in 2 years, we talk daily, and i could never imagine my life without him. so all i have to say is dream on, and dream big, but dont forget all the little things yu already have that make you who you are and makes your life worth while.

I completely agree with this. And it isn't just children. Many adults are even more prone to dissatisfaction than children, in my opinion. Almost as soon as we get what we wanted, we are disappointed with it, and we decide that we want something else. It never ends.

yes, i agree we are never satisfied because of our sinful natures we are all born with. this results in human nature. we can't be satisfied because of a void in our hearts. i have to learn to be more thankful for what i have so i can be more satisfied in what i have. it is an everyday process.

You are 100% right and I have found out that in myself too. I have a good job and which is an envy to friends but I am still appearing exams to get to a more better position. My boyfriend is another one, he always tells me not to look down but to look up to measure yourself. And yes, Your wantings in life doesn't cease but keeps on increasing. The more richer you are, the more you want it. The more educated you are, the more pressures you have and the more people expect from you. I suppose a pauper doesn't have anything to prove to others.

yeah,sadly but true.they always want more.they were never be content with what they already have.they still tend to find what is better without knowing what they heve is already the best for them.,they will only realize it when its gone.

we are not satisfied with what is gained while we were in the world. If you want to be satisfied may be gathered with family and can do whatever you want without involving other people. Something that purpose can not always be achieved, so we are not satisfied.

I agree very much with this statement. As humans, we always have that desire to want more, and are never satisfied with what we have. We want a better car, a better house, a better job. We want more money, we want that latest games console and so on.

Yes I agree with you man is never satisfied its because we always want something more even if we have achieved a lot of goals but I will not stop us their. Life is more like a challenge wanting something additional for what we already have. Even if it is more than for our needs the important thing is we love what we do & we wull just share it with those less unfortunate one nothing is more rewardin than sharing & see them happy because we share.

Dissatisfaction has its pros and cons. Yes we'll never get to where we are now in terms of technology if people from the past had not been dissatisfied with their lives then. But then, wanting more of material things specially the young ones who crave for more when they already have the basics plus more i guess is already greediness. My nephew and niece have been exhibiting this kind of behavior lately. The more they were given nice things and travels the more they ask for more. I told them that they should have been just grateful for all the blessings they have been receiving and not ask for more. If they will be given more then they should be thankful and if not still they should give thanks that they have better lives than most people do. I reckon if people are happy with whatever life dealt them then they will feel satisfied.

I think it part of human nature that we are never satisfied. But to be satisfied we have to tell ourselves to be satisfied of what we have. The only way I can see for people to be happy is to be satisfied of what they have. It is up to us on how we can be satisfied and how we can be happy.
