Any suggestions for a *good* diet pill?

I've been working out and eating healthier for the last few months, but I still have about 20 pounds I want to get rid of. I know everyone says diet pills are not the way to go, but there's got to be something good out there, right? I'd rather not go to the local Vitamin Shoppe because they will just try to get the most money out of me as possible. I was doing some research on a supplement review site, and it looks like this new diet pill called Oxyelite Pro just came out, and it's only gotten really positive reviews so far - http://suppz.com/oxyelite-pro.html Has anyone here tried it? Everyone on the supplement review site is like a bodybuilder I think, so I kinda wanted some regular people reviews. Has anyone heard of it, and can you recommend anything better? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to MyLot! I would not suggest any diet pill because I'm all about lifestyle change, not dieting. I'm currently journaling here on MyLot about my weight loss journey and I'm doing it without a pill. I know it will stay off longer and I'll be healthier doing it naturally. If you're interrested in natural healthy changes, come follow me and read all the great advice I've already gotten! Bear

Well if you really like too much and have problems about that you could eat sibutramine , it helps to eat less and less stress , if you have problems bout that. But if you want a natural pills is so different.

That's right diet pills are not the way to go. if you want to lose weight you gotta sweat it out/ work it out in the gym but don't expect to see the results overnight. but if you really want to take pills then that's fine. just be sure to really read its labels and reviews about that specific pill. Do not self-medicate and increase the prescribed dosage on the pill's labels or it can do harm to you! Oh and be very careful if you thought about on taking steroids because its side effects are dangerous to your body like liver damage, ACNE!! (can really pull down your self-esteem), kidney problems, hypertension, weakened immune system and the likes.

I'm just throwing this out there, but I have had some good luck with the cabbage soup diet. If you want to lose 5-10 pounds in a week give it a try. Make sure you follow it exactly as they lay it out, and it is safe and healthy. It is a great way to clean out your system. You can find it on the internet.

Take three fiber capsules fifteen minutes before you eat, and watch the pounds come off. You can do all three meals, but it works even if you only do one meal. It will lower cholesterol too, if that is a concern, no dangerous side effects either.
