tyke28 I'm just throwing this out there, but I have had some good luck with the cabbage soup diet. If you want to lose 5-10 pounds in a week give it a try. Make sure you follow it exactly as they lay it out, and it is safe and healthy. It is a great way to clean out...

tyke28 Looking for legitimate ways to earn income on the internet is a lot more difficult that it might seem. I think that you have already stumbled upon a good site to get started. Spending an hour a day entering posts should generate a little extra income for you....
