First it was the problem, with paypal accounts with Indian members, then Upbux, one of the trusted sites, are having problems with paypal.Do you see any other problems cropping up. February has been a bad month for us Indians in particular,as all our online earnings which we were getting through paypal has been stopped.Do you think, the other sites like Trekpay and Neobux will also have the same problems.Already trekpay has reduced its advertisments, and in blog, they mention it is also becoming a scam site.Where is it all going to end?

Just because a site is having problems with paypal, doesn;t mean they are turning scam. Trekpay is not a scam as they are very legit. I wouldn't believe everything I read as those posting that just don't know or they don't like the site so they post derogatory things about it. Palmbux had problems with paypal, but they are finally back on track, and they are legit as well, as I have been paid once by them. I don't think that the probloems that upbux is having with paypal, has nothing to do with the site as they are also legit. I will stay with them, and not worry about what is happening with them, as it will all be resolved in time. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Hey felicitus, it does not matter where you are from, or where you are residing. The only thing is you must have a paypal account.Kindly check up whether pay pal accepted in UAE. Most probably it will be accepted. Then you can start you discussions and responses. Once you earn $10,your money will be deposited in paypal, and you can either transfer it to your bank or use it in whatever way you like. Hope this helps you.

Hey rameshkumaar
I opened a paypal account. Could you let me know how does my earnings get credited to the pay pal account. I have not earned a dollar as yet, but I would like to know whether every cent gets credited or does the money get accumulated and then sent to the paypal account. Is there a procedure.

rameshkumaar57,
If I am not wrong, your government administrations is trying to have Paypal adhere to the stipulated conditions related to financial banking institutions.
As PayPal is not a bank but rather an online payment arbitrator, I do not see their willingness to conform to such conditions and regulations. Sometimes, it is sad to see certain sides not seeing things from another standpoint and just prefer to force the book down the throats.
It will end when and only when either side is willing to step down and hopefully not step out!

I do not know the exact reasons for this problems. One thing is for sure, that the Indian government will not back track on this. If they have decided to do something, they will stick to it, come what may. Even in 1977 they threw out Coke, and IBM for not sticking to some stipulations, and coke came back to Indian only sometime in 97 or 98 after Pepsi came back. When such big multinationals are thrown out, I do not think pay pal will be able to do anything.
The biggest joke, paypal is having a back office in my town, and all the questions which are directed to paypal, is answered by these people only. But the same people are not able to use paypal.

Sorry to hear that Ramesh, but we better be careful of saying which site is scam and which is not, unless you have a solid proof that Trekpay nor Neobux does stop paying. But one thing I can say is that Trekpay, paid me two days ago, so it will never be a scam nor does Neobux because it paid me too.
About Paypal issue in India, well you may have researched already the fact that some local banks have issues on withdrawing funds in Paypal. Probably your local bank, if not your government will implement to get something out of Paypal or bank, who knows but what I can only hope is for this issue to be resolve.
Whatever sites you may think of as long as the payer is Paypal, then my friend, it will still be on hold at the moment unless your issue there will be solved. Paypal is only your e wallet, an e commerce that pays you when you withdraw it from a bank. If your bank has issues with it, then you need to wait. For now it is really frustrating because all your hard earned money will still be stuck unless your bank gives a go signal for you to withdraw it.

It is not only my bank, but the apex bank of India, Reserve Bank, which has stopped the transactions of paypal.Even if trekpay pays me the money, it is going to be just sleeping in my paypal account.

I do not know about upbux because I am a new member in it. But Neobux also had the same problem with Paypal payouts. Now neobux has again started paying to members to paypal account. The only problem for indians is they can not with draw money to their local bank. I would suggest you to make online purchases instead of with drawals to local bank. You can use your money in online shopping. Anyway Best of luck.

Thanks for the suggestion chetanvk. The problem in online shopping is, ebay India does not accept paypal, and they prefer paisa pay and other online things like credit or debit cards. If I want to buy from ebay USA, the courier charges are quite high, and I can get the same things here at half the rate.Kindly let me know if anyother, on line shops accept paypal.
