Felicitus It is said that soap is not good to wash hair that it damages the hair. I use shampoo and I use it every other day. During the good old days we use soap and our hair was quite good. But today it is a different picture. So we go with the trend and use shampoo.

Felicitus I agree with you I too have the same problem. Normally I too sleep for about five hours. It is nice if we can sleep for 8 hours. There are people who do sleep for 8 hours, even if I try to sleep early I can fall a sleep for several hours.

Felicitus I use a nail cutter. It is not healthy to cut your nails by teeth. Yes when people are nervous they tend to bite their nails, this is a very bad habbit.
