At first, what kind of bread is popular in your country?
We ate all kinds of bread, in some countries, of course there are countries where they eat different kind of bread, like cake, but delicious, I ate in Turkey, and the Emirate, are delicious.
I also eat French bread, , which is almost the same as that of my country, in Italy the same, but i am curious, in your country what kind of bread you eat ?
How much cost a bread in your country?
Of course depending of the sort, quality and weight ! ?
Here, the cheaper is let s say 30 cents, and more expensive, can cost 3 dollars, organic bread.

I guess I stick to two types of bread, brown and white! I love them both and I try to eat both equally! They are quite cheap and I just buy a very basic loaf down at my local supermarket! I'm not too bothered about whether it's organic or not. I think that organic bread can be quite expensive! I do like those French sticks of bread, they are very nice especially when warmed up in the oven a little; they become all soft and I can then spread my favourite margarine inside. Andrew

My family and I are bread lovers and we eat all kinds of bread from white to wheat bread. We also love muffins, cakes, croissants and not to forget the bread of Filipinos, the "pandesal".

I bake my own bread and I use to make wholemeal bread where I add a lot of other stuff in it. Here people usually go for white bread but there are a lot of other kind of breads that have a variety of flavor. The bread here are expensive now unlike before it used to be a government controlled price. The cost of making bread is not that much but people are taking advantage of the increased prices of flour and other ingredients.

Hi icesmile! Here in the US we have so many different types
of bread! We have so many that I couldn't even begin to list
them all! We have different breads for different cultures too!
I happen to like Rye Bread as a favorite! People who like healthy
food will eat Wheat Bread! The we have White Bread, which my
boyfriend loves, but has no nutritional value or taste, but is
used for sandwiches! We also have Pita Bread, different types
of Rolls, various loafs of breads! You can have such a variety
here! You can get them in a regular grocery store or go to
a bakery and get them! But, they are alot more expensive here!
They range from $1.40-$4.00! a loaf depending on what you want!

I stopped buying white bread since I learned from the doctor's show that it's bleached which means they took all the nutritious part of the bread and what remains is pure sugar that will surely store fats in our body. I now buy 100% whole wheat bread which is healthier to eat. At first I didn't like the taste of it but I've gotten used to it now. Same thing with brown rice...i stopped eating white rice already cause it's the same thing - white bread + white rice = unwanted fat.

My family usually buys a different type of bread every week. Our grocery store has a HUGE selection- white, wheat, whole wheat, whole grain, 12 grain, potato, buttermilk, honey wheat, raisin, black, rye, pumperknickel, sourdough, etc.
I don't think we've tried all the types yet, but at the momment we have what's left of a hearty 12 grain loaf.

We usually buy white bread, but occasionally we'll buy a Jewish or Russian Rye bread. Sometimes Mom brings us some homemade bread from the Danish bakery.

It depends on what we are eating. For the most part we were buying white bread, but now that we are eating healthier, we go for wheat. I have pretty much phased out carbohydrates so we hardly ever have bread in the house anymore.

I like to buy a nice loaf of white bread from my local butchers (yes, my butcher makes things as well as kills things). Now, I cannot bear bread from anywhere else because this bread, which is baked every day, tastes so fresh and wholesome. It's delicious, and only 10p more than an equal-sized loaf of Hovis, so I don't mind paying the extra for better quality

We often eat small bread (almost similar to a bread roll although bigger) called Pan de Sal. This goes well with or without any spreads. Although it gotten a bit expensive but we Filipinos can't live without it.
We also have a variety of breads - french bread, baguettes, loaf of all varieties -white, brown and others.

If I'm alone in UK i just buy black , is kind expensive, but if I'm in america or Mexico is cheap 2 dollars.

For the sake of my kids, I usually buy regular white bread. I know that it's not a healthy option but this tastes good and is appealing for them. Bought whole wheat bread before but they didn't touch it because they thought it was old due to the color. When they did try to eat it, they said that it was like eating paper. Oh well, kids will be kids.

Bread, as is seen in most places, is not the staple food in India so the common and cheap variety is only the white bread which people buy for a quick meal or a quick breakfast. Brown bread and other fancy breads are more expensive. These are either available at select outlets and cost quite a tidy sum affordable only to the upper class or they are only just being made more available at local shops in small quantities for people to try them out first and get used to them. Whatever be the case, they are more expensive than the simple white loaves so are restricted to a niche clientele.

our local bread here is called pandesal. it is a small bread with breadcrumbs all over it. if you eat this while its hot, it is very delicious. for me i think it is expensive since i can't be satisfied eating only a piece of it. so we seldom buy this pandesal anymore. as alternative, we just eat something heavy.

I love eating all kinds of bread, before I really don't whether what kind it is as long as it tastes good. But now, I try to be more healthy, so I try to buy more of the whole wheat kind. In our country, there is one bread that is really popular and it's usually eaten during breakfast, it's called pandesal, and one piece would cost about 2php. It's really cheap, and it really goes well with hot coffee..

In my house we usually go for the normal white bread. Not enough people care for wheat or whole grains to buy something extra. We are quite happy in our white bread world.

White bread is popular in my country because its cheaper. But I dont like buying it because of some the fact that they are not very healthy. I buy wheat bread because its healthier than the white one and fibers it contains are essential for the digestion process.
