i have been in a lot of situation without enough and even no money at all. i have a regular job and i receive my salary twice in a month. but between these paydays, i often experience no money in the pocket. it is difficult to manage a family with 5 kids, most of them going to school, one in college, the youngest is sick, bills, electricity, water, house rent, etc. and you are the only one looking for income.

It happened to me two or three years ago. A pick pocket stole my money during a blackout in a computer playing place. I had no choice but to go home without paying for the bus I rode on. It was very embarrassing on my part not to pay but what can I do if my money is not enough.

I traveled with my ex-boyfriend to the Seychelles. We flew there via Kenya to make a saving on the expensive airfare. I had booked accommodation on three different islands. All were budget places that were recommended in a travel guide book. We liked the first guest house on Mahe Island. My ex-boyfriend couldn't stand the second guest house on La Digue Island. He complained and wouldn't sleep there. He went for a walk around all night. In the morning we searched for accommodation that he would find acceptable. We found a room in a posh looking lodge. The room cost a lot of money. We had an excellent time on the delightful little island. By the time we arrived in Praslin I was concerned that my and his money would run out. Again the accommodation I booked wasn't up to his standards. We found a gorgeous looking bungalow overlooking the sea at a posh complex. This cost a lot of money. By the time the accommodation was paid for we had little money left. We could afford a few local bus trips and our flight back to Mahe for our flight home. On our last day I didn't have anymore local money. With a tourist I exchanged a twenty euro note to get enough money to see the national park. We came home with no money left at all. We spent a miserable seven hours or so waiting for our flight from Nairobi to London. Going out our flights had linked up well together. Going home there was quite a lay over in Kenya.

Well I never actually have any cash on me, but I have debit and credit card. So I guess if the places around didn't take debit then I'd be like, "Aw crap." But as it is most places nowadays take debit or credit, so I'm good most of the time.

I also experienced this.Me and my cousins ate well in a hotel. We ordered ice creams. One person in that saw the price of the ice creams wrongly. But we don't know that.So we ordered .We ate it nicely. Then the bill came. All stunned. We were not having enough money. Then I saved some money for my personal use. Then I gave that and all gave some amount and paid the bill. Then we just walked all the way to home.So hard but we enjoyed every moment while walking, kidding each other.I enjoyed. But not to repeat this again.

I see to it that I have money in my pocket otherwise I will get worried and not to go in any appointment I have. I will produce any amount sufficient to cope with any situation that will put me in embarrassing position.I have been with that like you so it's a lesson for me and taught me to put extra money for emergency use.
