Reason why any person suffer from sleepless nights when they are in depression.

The nature of any person who is suffering from depression in my opinion definetly suffer from sleepless nights in order to make their good memories and come out of the depression stage. this depression stage may lead to the cause of occurance of diseses......

Maybe... and I think other reasons could be because of lack of sleep because concentrating on something else like avid reading, too much gaming or distracted by watching TV, DVDs and many more. There are lots of distractions in this world..so to have sleepless nights or days for others.. may be because of depression or just purely distract. But if it stems out totally from depression, might be a bigger fit though, in my opinion too..

depression can cause a decrease of serotonin level into our brain. This serotonin hormone is a hormone that makes us sleep..due to its decrease when one is depressed you will suffer from insomnia...I think you should treat depression first by going to a counseling...by then you may be able to increase your serotonin level through therapy and medications perhaps...that depends upon your condition..

I don't get sleep untill very late, I definitely am an Insomniac. I am depressed? Well, I really don't know that bit. I am sad at times yeah I would agree to that.
