careal i don't have a hard time getting up early-actually i'm a light sleeper-i easily can wake every time I heard any disturbing noise or a light that would pass my eyes! that's my problem..good for you can sleep straight..I envy you..hehehe!LOL!

careal that's depression alright!! definitely! I think you should go out with friends...or better yet do something that would make you happy while killing the time...Don't think too much..think of happy thoughts...if all else fail-i think you should seek professional...

careal well, to do it right, all you have to do is take a deep breath as if your having a constipation.. do it while counting 1-2-3 then stop then do it again.. that will do the trick..

careal I've also heard about it. Yup! It is good for the heart- the only oil that is good for our heart.. you can get it by eating fishes and those vitamins that has omega 3 on it.
