I am tired!

I am feeling tired for a week! And I'm waking up a little tired and in the evenings I am finished. I don't have enough energy to concentrate at school and for doing my workout routine. Is this because of the Winter-Spring season transition? Should I start drinking coffee? Any good tips? I really need help. Thank you!

I think you lack iron...you should take any iron supplement to help regain your energy...
