kegal exercises

I heard it is very good for girls to do sets of kegal exercises. I want to do them, and I have tried them before. But the one thing I dont understand is, how do you know if you are really doing them right? Like for one second I think that i am doing them right and then the next I am doubting myself. Someone please help me, someone that knows what they are doing,please and thank you.

i also heard that its good exercise specially for pregnant woman so they know how to control during delivery. they said you can do that with your urine, i mean instead of releasing it as soon as we sat down in the toilet bowl, we must do it by releasing the urine little by little. like release then stop, release then stop, just keep on repeating til we release all the urine inside. its really hard to explain but you will know. just try to stop your urine instead of releasing it straight at a time. hope you understand the way i explain.

well, to do it right, all you have to do is take a deep breath as if your having a constipation.. do it while counting 1-2-3 then stop then do it again.. that will do the trick..

its better to go with an expert buddy. I think an expert can clear all your doubts regarding movements of each and every step involved in the kegal exercises. I hope your doubts will 100% get clarified by taking guidlines and necessary tips from an expert.
