Yes, avocado contains oleic acid, a monounsaturated "fat" that lowers LDL or bad cholesterol level. But, as you can see, oleic acid is friend, not foe. It is also a good source of potassium, a mineral that helps maintain normal blood pressure. Yes, I agree with you, avocado is very nutritious and delicious. An avocado shake, with milk and brown sugar or honey is super yummy. An avocado sandwich with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and jalapeƱo makes one's tummy and taste buds happy. Avocado with olive oil, on the face and neck, rinsed after half an hour makes your skin smooth and glowing.
Enjoy your avocado in all the ways you want to and have a happy day, rawedeng!

Not all fats are bad for the body. There are fats needs by the body. Our body is basically has fats and the one we described as bad fats are those that contribute to various illness.
I agree with you that fruits has many good benefits. However, there are also some fruits that are not advisable for such specific medical reasons.
To give you an example is Avocado. This fruit is healthy but in some cases they advise this not be eaten by people which have uric acid problem like those who have arthritis for this will increase their uric acid level. Legumes also which are vegetables also be avoided for it also increase such level. Pineapple fruits be avoided by those who have ulcers.
However, though there are some fruits been concluded based on research studies, I still do believe generally all fruits are healthy.
