If there's only one thing you could choose for your healthy food, what would it be, fruits or vegetables? for me, i would choose fruits because of its taste. fruits can also consume as a healthy snack everyday wherever you are.

I will choose fruits. There are some many varieties of fruits, and they can be eaten raw. Moreover they taste sweet too, and are rich in vitamins. Vegetables are good too, of course. But some cannot be eaten raw.

I like both, but I know veggies are healthier for me. My hubby and sons would both probably pick fruits...the my sons eat a lot of veggies with their meals. Hubby just doesn't like a lot of veggies, (tho he does try them...plus it's good for our boys to see him trying veggies, so they try them also)

better I choosing vegetables than fruits. Fruit does not make me satisfied, if mostly eat fruits can make abdominal pain ... eating vegetables can with rice, eat fruits can not be with the rice, right?

I would say vegetables. I believe fruits needs to be taken moderately and not everytime, specially if that's all you eat. Its very acidic. Well at least that's what I read somewhere lol. Or I think Anthony Robbins might have said it on one of his book, I could be wrong.
