Do you let you children fight?

Do you let your child fight? Do you encourage them to hit back or turn the other cheek? Do you think you teaching your child to be a whimp if you tell them to tell a teacher another kid hit them? Let me know your thoughts.

I am the mother of four children. ANd honestly, I would prefer for my children to fight back when necessary.

I understand. I havea heard time thinking of telling my child not to fight back. I would be concerned about what position not fighting would put them in.
