Mad rush today in mylot!

its only 6;52 am here and my eyes are barely open so haven't yet found aything different, but then I am not a morning person so what do I know? I have to stumble down to dining room for breakfast in just a few minutes.So today will mylot like crazy whichmay be hard as haven't had much sleep. lol

never felt the way i feel when i was new. today, it seems an ordinary day and no rush. maybe because i have some funds from the previous month and already made my minimum only by the middle of the month.

I see that the lot appears to be a bit slower than usual. Maybe it's because of the date 28 February.. for me here in Sg, it's already March 01, so for people having this date have a slight advantage in that sense. Even if it's the 31st, I can do the lot up till the 1st day of the month so the chance of reaching payout is definitely there. I hope many people are able to reach their payout this month.. Awesome to see some of my lotters returning back for sure.

I never really pay attention to the day I am on mylot. Guess I just don't think of it in terms of getting paid. I know, whole reason most of us signed up to do it. But I can't come on nearly as often as I used to, so I just jump in and respond as much as I can when I can. So don't think of the days. I always hope to be able to contribute more! Maybe starting today???!!!

Hi Zandi, i am visiting Mylot and saw your interesting discussion, so decided to dropped by and giving my opinion. I do agreed, this month have shorter days, so those who interested to reach for their minimum payout would be very busy. As for me, still seems quite faraway from the payout, so i am not that rush. I likes the new upgraded version of Mylot, because it makes me easy to locate those discussions that i am interested to read. By the way, i found the loading of Mylot seems slow from my area here but it's alright for me. I know there are too many members are rushing for the payout, as it's the end of the month again....

You brought up an interesting point.. I bet there are a lot of people that do that.... I havent been on here for awhile.. had a little time to get on and look to see what was new... never thinking about the push to get those couple cents before the end of the month... Guess its just like some other programs that I work... some people work it hard every day.. never really taking a day off.. and others that I have ran into, the type that think it wont take much time or effort to make a little money online... Each person has their own way of doing things, does mean one way is right.. Its great that the activity is up though, Mylot is a great site, I wish I had more time to just blog away... LOL Here is another way of looking at it.. the people that are in a hurry to make those couple cents, are not getting the full benefits of Mylotting... meet new people, discuss new ideas, or concerns that you may have but you really dont have time or people to listen offline... i didn't really visit mylot yesterday so i don't know... but you might be right because it is always happening every end of month and sometimes it can be really bad... i don't really try to push myself that hard anymore in this site because i just want to take it easy and have fun here... whether or not i will reach the payout every month doesn't really matter that much to me anymore... take care and have a nice day...

LOL--no to be honest haven't noticed more activity than usual, but then I've been offline most of the day and night to catch up on cleaning around here (how exciting...NOT). In fact only got on-line a little while ago, and it's now 12:20 a.m. already. But yes, when I first put the computer on and checked my email notices saw a lot more than usual from mylot--and can you believe it's going to be March already? This year is already zipping by :-(

Hi Zandi, I have not been in mylot for the last three days (I was on holiday for three days). I was busy with work before the holidays so I could not do mylot much and I had replied only 2 or 3 topics. Today I am back and my net connection is slow from morning. There is no chance to reach payout this month for me so I am not bother on that side too. But mylot was very slow in last week too I think the upgradations were going on that time. It is natural at the end of the month members are busy for reaching the payout. But I do not believe in last time work and I can do nothing if I try in the last minute.

So far io haven't noticed a difference but sure would like to hear from people i use to hear from & don't anymore. Maybe i will before the day is over.

Hi zandi, in case of mylot, all days are same to me. It may be the last day of month or not. But last two days, i have found myself more active than other days. Reason. I am contrubuting through my cellphone and was unable from all new mylot. Now it seems fine as before. Lol

Hello zandi, most specially to those who needs to reached the 10th mark, if they don't reached it, just like i did last january they will have to wait for it for next month. as for me, am through waiting and expecting to get my pay out soon. I have been a bit lazy for months now since i got back my internet connection. every day is an ordinary, the one thing not ordinary is when you loose your account and earnings, now that's a HELL of a day

Last day of every month would be the same i guess except few unexpected members who worked hard in the first twenty days of a month or so and would be here to give finishing touches--mylot is loading slower compared to the other days though---i do some maths well in advance to see that i dont miss the minimum for each month by few cents which would be the worse .great day.

I guess a lot of people have more free days on the weekends. Thus more posts are submitted and more discussions are answered during these days. I have come back for some months absent from mylot. The task and rewards features are fantastic. However I still prefer to participate in discussions.

i knew i wouldnt make payout this month so i have really tried that hard. i am less than $3- short but i had an operation last week so i am focusing on getting better. i havent really noticed anything different though.

Hey zandi! You know, I really hadn't noticed the difference until you just mentioned it! I do think that you are right! For a Sunday the Lot is quite a bit busier than usual! I don't usually have this many emails in my box on a Sunday so I guess more people are trying to reach payout since this was quite a short month! I am just doing my usual mylotting. Well, not exactly! I have decided since last month that I was going to try to start spending more time here since I really have missed this place and quite frankly my earnings have been very low and I honestly need the money in my checking accout! So, I have decided to spend more time here for both reasons! For me it just means more time with my mylot friends and more fun!lol

Since I've been gone a week I am playing catch up. That said I haven't noticed much difference.

I’m in Australia so I am usually behind and by the time I get here the rush is usually over. I have seen a lot more discussions though and the fact that it is a short month makes it a little tougher for some to reach payout compared to ‘normal’ months. I have noticed a couple of old avatars have made a comeback and that is really good to see! I notice that the end of the month is usually a bit of a busy period but, as I said, I am here at a different time.

I try to write a little each day and really enjoy the debates and disscussions on here. I have been busier then normal this sunday, so I haven't really noticed the increase in activity. As you say sunday is probably the day when people have more time to be on here. I really love it when a disscussion that really sparks my interest comes up, I can get quite passionate about things lol. The keyboard on my laptop needs replacing, so i don't type quite as fast as I normally would.
