Well the most important thing to do is to find out why she rejected your proposal...If she says she already has someone else...well then you cant do a thing...if she gives you a dumb reason...then forget her...she is not worth it....if she says she cant get into a relationship so early....then become her friend...get to know her well and then ask her out again when you feel its right....remember dont rush her:)
