"Laughter is the best medicine" Laughter is not a cure for cancer or other degenerative diseases, but doctors and the medical professionals found that it increases treatment receptiveness in patients. This is particularly manifested by the body's ability to heal through mental stimulation. Laughter appears to change brain chemistry and boosts the body's immune system. Humour therapy aids in healing by promoting good feeling, laughter, and smiles. Langhter can make us feel relax. Do you like laughter?

I have always believed laughter to be the best way to lift the spirits, and make me feel a lot better. I can find humour in the worst situations, it lifts depression and stimulates the *feel good* factor

yes your right its will helps improve our immune system. though of course all of us have cancer cell but it will only activate once we become so depressed thats why its really important to feel happy and active all the time. like what they said laughter is the best medicine and its been proven scientifically. though sometimes we really cant avoid to be depressed specially if we have problem.

I like laughing, sadly they don't happen a lot these days. With so much access to online comedy you tend to get desensitized to it so it's getting harder to have that genuine laughter. I feel that forcing laughter doesn't really make me feel better but I'm not sure if you body generates the same benefits from it.
I've also read that laughing a day can produce beneficial effects on ones body so as much as possible, I try to reach my one laugh a day "quota"
