Our cats eat Friskies Special Blend for there hard food and for soft food they eat Friskies canned food! They sometimes get bored of it so we will get a different brand! Our cats are spoiled so they pretty much get what they want! What do your cats eat? Hard food, soft food? Type? Please let me know, thanks!

I feed my four cats only Wellness canned food. Their weight is much better without dry food, since cats are obligate carnivores and must eat meat. The carbs in dry food have no benefit for them. When Eli first came here, he thought he only wanted dry food. We gave him half wet and half dry for a month, now he eats wet and loves it. Urinary problems are under control with wet only.

Wellness is made by Old Mother Hubbard. You can do a search for it online. I get my cat food from Petfooddirect.com. You can find coupons that off-set the shipping costs and they have sales every once in a while. Good luck with your 4 cats.

I also have four cats!!! I have never heard of the brand Wellness canned food. I have noticed if you feed wet food that the weight of the cat is better! I think our wet food helps to much because a couple of our cats are over weight so we are cutting there diet down! Did not no there was not any carbs in dry cat food! Learned something new! Good thing the urinary problems are down, thats great! Hope he continues to do good! Thanks for posting!

Land Lord picked up a stray cat and put him in backroom where the furnaces are, if someone does not adopt him he'll be in/out all Summer. He looks like a 2-3 year gray TOM cat not Neutered, very friendly would make a good indoor/outdoor cat.

Your land lord brought a cat in? Usually land lords do not want any pets around it seems liek! We have had a Grey Tom that is always coming up an getting food from us... but not as much as he had been! We already have four cats, I would not want to think about getting another cat! We feed dry and wet food also and they seem to like it! Hope you get some weight on that cat! Thanks for posting!

my cat is adopted, 10 yr old, and set in his ways. he prefers his usual cat food that he was raised with, which is fancy feast and holistic dry food. also, once in a while, he eats treats as a late night snack. and of course his water. once in a while, when i go out and get some meat scraps, i bring him some human treats. but that is usually rare.

I have a cat that is 9 years old so getting close to the age of your cat! We also have three other cats that like to eat a lot! We used to feed Fancy Feast when we had the one older cat only but it got to expensive when we got the other cats so we went to Friskies! Now they are getting bored of that! Our cats like there water also! Our third cat likes human treats! Bad about begging! Thanks for posting!

Friskies is probably the most used overall cat food brand I would think! We also use Friskies hard and soft food kust like you! I have tried feeding them Nine Lives and they would not eat it, not sure why! Like your cats my cats are getting bored of Friskies, I am thinking about trying Meow Mix! Thanks for posting!

we free feed the hordes with Purina One, Hairball formula I have to say, that we really have fewer hairballs this way, mostly from the 3 long haired ones and during shedding seasons

I have used Purina One before but not the hairball formula! Glad it is working for your cats hairball problems! I may need to use this food for two of our cats because they have really long hair and could use some way to have less hairballs! Thanks for posting!

My cats are very spoiled as well. Sometimes I wonder who owns whom! My girl kitties love Iams Naturals Chicken Dry food. They also get wet food which changes between Fancy Feast and Meox Mix in the little yellow cups. They love really moist cat food but since it's not that great for their teeth, I make sure to mix it in with their dry food. I've been very lucky to have had most of my cats live long and healthy lives and I do think that what we feed them along with our love and care makes a huge difference! Be Well!

You sound just like us about the cats ruling the house! Sometimes we will joke and say me make the house payment so they can live here and we are there srvants! Haha! Never used Meow Mix before but I am thinking about using it because they are getting tired of the Friskies. Sometimes we will get them Fancy Feast for a treat! Out cats have healthy lives overall like yours! Yes, if you give them love and care then it will make there lives better! Thanks for posting!

My cat Precious gets friskies and nine lives for his food. And, Chinnia gets either friskies or meow mix. Precious can't eat dry food so I have to give him wet. Chinnia doesn't eat that much and the dry food works best for her. And, like yours, my cats are spoiled.

Usually they eat either Friskies or regular Purina cat chow for indoor cats. For a special treat I give them canned Friskies. Fortunately my cats are not fuss budgets and they will eat anything and use any kind of litter, as long as it is clay. I will only give my pets Purina because my dad told me that his vet told him Purina has strict controls on their food and others do not. You don't see Purina products in the vets office, so what does he have to gain for telling my dad this? During lent on Fridays they are getting Friskies indoor selects salmon. It's a bit expensive for those little cans. I thought I had a really good coupon it was a buy one get one deal, but it was only good on one can........I was too embarrassed to put them back, and besides I would have to go back and get them fish for lent anyway.

Same as you our cats usually eat Friskies as there main food source! If we want to give out cats a treat we will get them Fancy Feast! You are lukcy that your cats will eat just about anything and also especially the liltter! If only our cats were like that! Sounds weird that a vet would tell your dad to use Friskies. Most will tell to use some kind of Science Diet type food. Salmon sounds good for the cats, hope you can still buy more for them! Thanks for posting!

My cat(s) eat Dads dry food, they both have urinary issues... and apparently Dads is good for cats with urinary issues. On occasion we do feed them wet food for a special treat.

One of our cats used to have slight urinary problems but not so much now! I hope your cats is doing okay with the urinary problems! We have our cats spoiled very bad because we feed them dry when they want it and always give them wet food! We are really making our cats fat. We need to slow down what we are feeding them. Thanks for posting!

I feed mine both dry and wet food. We are in germany so the food names are different from most of the response. I give mine Sanabelle Kitten Hard food and Feline BOZITA for Soft. They also get the Gimpet vitamin paste and Gimpet Malt paste for anti hairball. I also grow cat grass and mix some in their food.
