are you fat?

for the last two months now, i am struggling to lose weight. i eat a heavy breakfast no lunch and with little dinner. i don't know if this diet will work. i wanted to lose and shed few pounds on my waist but everything i do is not working! please help! what are you doing to lose weight? are you getting fat now? than last year?

I am not fat. I am not skinny. This diet, will not work. Diets never work. To lose weight and keep it off you have to make lifestyle changes. A diet is temporary, and lifestyle change is for keeps. Before you eat anything ask yourself, is this what people of my ideal weight would eat? Is this healthy? Will this give me energy? Eat light breakfasts, whole grains fresh fruits. Light lunches, salads with fish/shrimp/chicken. and light dinners, many vegetables, fewer meats. Look into it. Cheers, I appreciate you.

i don't eat vegetables. but to lessen my weight, i have to be more active and change my lifestyle.

You don't eat any vegetables at all....God's Pharmacy. Veggies are so good for you it is silly. So, unless they are super expensive where you live, I would look into ways of making them more appealing to you. Were I in your position, which I am not, and this is just my opinion.

I am not fat,but my wife is little bit fatter than me.Now she doing regular exercise to reduce the body weight.It is better to avoid oily and sweetish food to control body weight.

I have been trying to loose weight for years. My latest efforts over the last 6 months have been a little more successful. I decided to count grams of fat. I kept a record until I knew off by heart what I could eat. Having a large breakfast is okay, provided it is healthy & low fat. Skipping lunch and have little dinner is not a good idra, it wont work and it slows down your metabilism. To loose weight you need activate your metabolism and het it working faster. For this to occur, you need at least three sensible meals each day.

Any time that you want to lose weight it is going to be a struggle for you. I noticed one thing that really stands out to me that could give a clue as to why you are having a difficult time losing weight. This thing is the fact that you said that you are basically only eating twice a day. They actually recommend when you are trying to lose weight to eat 4-6 smaller meals through the course of the day as opposed to only eating three larger meals per day.

yes, i heard about that. i need to eat smaller meals than 3 big meals. after my diet, i am experiencing acids from my stomach. it is a little bit disturbing because i can feel it coming out from my stomach to my throat. that is why, i am cutting my diet for now.

Thinner now because my mom watches how I eat but I still move around a lot so my body is firmer than ever before

hehei, well i'm chubby. i would suggest you to eat 3 times in a day, a little for each meal. but be conscious of the foods you're eating. check on labels for fat contents. =)

again and again many people ask this question and they know the solution, eat less calorie, eat small meal six times aday, do exercise, follow after six diet, avoid sweet, less carbs., no rice and etc...but the only lacking is SELF DISCIPLINE AND DETERMINATION...have this two plus your diet regiment and believe me you reach your goal..
