Hello ,
I have some issue with my ex - employer, its a noida based company in india , they never paid the tax and deducted quite a big chunk from my salary under tax deduction at source clause.
I need to claim that money back Now they are refusing to pay the amount.
How do i go about that ?
Thanks,
Vish

Hi Vish, you will need to meet a solicitor, or you can ask free answers from lawyers on ibibo.com as there are many lawyers over there who will advice you for free but couple of questions only, good luck and sorry to hear about your tax issue....
