I love this picture of your cat. He is a big cat to only be two years old. How did he get to be deaf? I hope that he wasn't in a bad accident. Blue eyes are also pretty on any cat. I hope that you get a lot of responses complementing you on this lovely persian animal.

Well what I have heard that all persian cats that have blue eyes are born deaf. He has done really well in our house. We have learn to pat and clap and he response. He is very playful.

I think cats are gorgeous, and yours is absolutely sweet. He looks beautiful and your daughter obviously knows how to take a picture that really captures him. I now only have two cats, I am thinking of using them as my avatar. They are in my profile, but I am not sure how to use them as my avatar, because I dont remember how I set up the original one. Anyway, sweet cat - I am sure his deafness is no handicap. One of mine has epilepsy and she is absolutely gorgeous and does not seem to suffer the way that humans would if they had the same problem. Keep up the cat pictures!!
