hotpress A child can always run away before or after the adoption. The child can also get out of the adoption if they inform the adoption agency, or DFCS (Department of Family & Children Services) that they are constantly witnessing immoral acts from the gay parents....

hotpress Good points made, but the truth is that there will always be discrimination regardless of influence. Once it is found out that the couple is gay, many adoption agencies would forget about influence and automatically say "no".

hotpress I think some people are concerned about their influence on the child due to the fact that many hetero parents try to influence their child to be similar to what they are or believe in. The same could be true for some homosexual parents too. Thanks.
